Combination of International advanced rig design and drilling background in China for practical utilities.Underground drilling work with any angles, also capable of project hole drilling.Capable of diamond core drilling with high efficiency, and wire line winch with rope-arranging machine for quality rope rolling.Head motor with unlimited adjustable speed of 0-1430rpm for diamond core drilling.Oil supply by two pumps in the hydraulic system. With the newest load sensitive technology, the main hydraulic pump is featured by power conservation, making the rig more efficient.   Large scale of adoption of imported quick couplings and valves for compact structure, less malfunctions and easy repair.Hydraulic drive of chuck, foot clamp, feed cylinder and drill head, realizing quality control of pulling/pushing the rod, floating drill head and rising/lowering drill head, etc. The model of “spring closed, hydraulic open” on chuck and foot clamp can effectively avoid any accidents in the case of sudden power off. The max. chuck diameter of 97mm guarantees kinds of drilling work needs at home and abroad through chuck jaw changes. Divided into front mast support, mast and side mast, the whole mast system can slide through the flexible front mast support or the mast itself. And the height of the mast can be changed specially by adjusting the extensible side mast. Higher drilling efficiency and less underground problem results from using of multi grades feed cylinder with 1.8m feed stroke. Easy disassembling of the wheels and the towing frame asks for small space needs. Modularized design of the rig body features the rig itself of easy set up/disassemble, and instant moving. Large scale use of standard parts and accessories, such as winches, hydraulic parts, filters and springs on the rig makes it easier for maintenance and management. The comprehensive gauges on the rig facilitate checking the rig’s working conditions and real time running under the hole.The imported key parts, such as hydraulic pumps, motors and control valves guarantee the rig’s competence.When starting the engine, the electronic control box featured by step-down starting in the power unit greatly lessons the impact from the electromotor to the power network.The intelligent monitor on the electromotor has functions of checking overload, less pressure, over pressure, short circuit and electricity creepage protection, etc.
